ARTIST NOTES: My daily walk takes me along the foreshore areas of Mills Beach and surrounds in Mornington, Victoria. The ever changing colours of the vegetation and sea is an inspiration to me. This reduction linocut print was inspired by the abundance of flowering wattle trees and the numerous birds that feed off the wattle nectar. Printed on 100% archival Somerset printmaking paper, using oil-based inks and printed by hand in my home studio. Limited edition print of 6. Signed and dated 2023.
